· SISP is programmed for Win95/NT® platforms.
· SISP accurately models any shape of integrated inductor on silicon, including square and octagonal spirals, center-tapped, planar, multi-layer inductors and transformers!
· SISP's SPICE engine produces Star-Hspice®, PSpice® and Cadence® Analog Artist® netlists! A palette-based editor and CIF import/export tools simplify the layout design process!
· Simulation and measurement results are displayed in linear, polar and Smith chart plots!
· The reliability of the software has been proven in many silicon technologies: CMOS, Bipolar and BiCMOS.
· No parameter fitting is required after the model extraction! |
